Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are expected to protect it under contractual or legal duties.
We use necessary cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core site operation. We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control optional browser storage through your browser, but blocking necessary storage can prevent account or checkout features from working.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, least-privilege service access, protected credentials, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system can promise absolute security, so please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information by email or public forms.
Syncognix works remotely and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for those transfers.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including delivery, support, security, dispute handling, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where law or a legitimate business need requires it.
Syncognix services are intended for businesses and authorized adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
