Clear rules for purchasing and using Syncognix services, from checkout through delivery and support.
Effective July 22, 2026 · Last updated July 22, 2026
These terms apply when you visit syncognix.com, submit a project brief, create a client account, purchase a service package, book a consultation, or subscribe to an ongoing Syncognix plan. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the person or organization named in the order.
Syncognix provides business-to-business digital professional services, including websites, custom software, design, AI automation, cloud and IT implementation, cybersecurity, digital marketing, hosting, and operational support. Services are delivered remotely; we do not ship physical goods.
The selected package page, checkout summary, written scope, proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation identifies what is included. If those documents conflict, the most specific document accepted most recently by both parties controls for that engagement.
Public prices are displayed and charged in USD unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and approved third-party costs are shown or agreed before they are charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Syncognix does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Card charges are intended to appear as SYNCOGNIX. Your bank may format or abbreviate that wording. Contact us before disputing an unfamiliar charge so we can identify the order promptly.
Checkout reserves the selected service or capacity. Before substantial project work begins, we confirm the scope, dependencies, client responsibilities, intended milestones, and delivery method in writing. Strategy consultations and other clearly defined standalone services may begin once scheduling and intake are complete.
Delivery dates depend on timely access, content, approvals, and feedback from the client. A client-caused delay may move the delivery schedule by a corresponding amount. The full fulfillment process is described in our Service Delivery Policy.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel a future renewal by emailing support@syncognix.com from the account email before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not normally create a prorated refund for a service period already started.
Detailed eligibility, non-refundable costs, consultation rescheduling, and refund timing are stated in our Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy.
Promotion codes must be used before checkout and are subject to their displayed expiration date, eligible products, minimum purchase, and use limits. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. A strategy consultation credit applies only under the conditions displayed with that consultation.
Some work depends on third-party platforms, licenses, domains, hosting, advertising spend, security audits, registrars, or payment providers. We identify material third-party charges for approval before committing them. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability, and committed third-party costs are generally not refundable by Syncognix.
Syncognix retains its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, and know-how. Ownership or license rights for client-specific final work are defined in the applicable written scope or proposal and transfer only after all related invoices are paid. Third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses.
We do not knowingly provide work that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, sanctioned, or prohibited by our payment and infrastructure providers. We may pause or decline work involving regulated financial activity, custody or transmission of funds or digital assets, unlawful surveillance, malware, sanctions evasion, or another activity requiring authorization that the client or engagement does not have.
Blockchain-related engagements are technical development services only. Syncognix does not operate an exchange, custodial wallet, escrow service, investment scheme, token sale, money-transmission service, or crypto mining or staking service.
We will perform services with reasonable professional care and address documented defects according to the accepted scope. Except where law or a written agreement requires otherwise, services and the website are provided without implied guarantees of a particular commercial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any additional liability terms in a signed statement of work control for that engagement. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email support@syncognix.com with the purchaser name, order date, amount, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge billing and delivery complaints within one business day and work toward a documented resolution. This process does not limit any non-waivable legal or cardholder rights.
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and do not silently rewrite an already accepted project scope. Questions can be sent to contact@syncognix.com or mailed to 30 N Gould St, Suite 64751, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
